Not Okular directly, but I worked something in Qt, inspired from
[http://westhoffswelt.de/projects/pdf_presenter_console.html], and named (how
genius) QPdfPresenterConsole [http://gitorious.org/qpdfpresenterconsole]. It's
not yet of top quality, but it works for my needs right now.

I still need to add things (like man pages) before pushing it at least into
Mandriva, but my goal would be to use this already-Qt code to enhance Okular
with similar capabilities.
