The point with "embedded mode" is e.g.:

www.cs.tut.fi/~jkorpela/html/iframe-pdf.html


you have tiny windows with okular part in there.
If you don't set autofillBackground to "true" for these, all backgrounds 
are white and it looks rather bad.
But then if you set it to true in non-embedded mode, there are the tiny 
glitches which I'll hopefully make more clear in the next mail.

Well, I really like this app :-)
