the patch applies pretty much unchanged (tweak one unrelated context line to
have to apply) to okular 0.9.3 (kde 4.3.3).  maybe i did it wrong, but i dont
get the item under the drop down menu.  tweaking my okularpartrc manually
allowed me to make it disappear though.
