ok sorry forgot thie message before...

here it is in German:
"http://www.knovel.com/contentapp/pdf/1431/15235_fm.pdf15235_indx.pdf kann 
nicht geöffnet werden. Der Grund lautet: Die Datei oder der Ordner 
http://www.knovel.com/contentapp/pdf/1431/15235_fm.pdf15235_indx.pdf existiert 
nicht."

it meanss sth like that the document could not be opened because the file does 
not exist.

From what I can see the path is wrong. The new filename is just appended to 
the old one "15235_fm.pdf15235_indx.pdf" instead of "15235_indx.pdf"

On std-err It displays "failed to look up page=4"
