KDE-4.3.1 appears to have open in KolourPain & Okular as the default right
click options for DNG & NEF.  I opened them from Konqueror if that matters.

I also tried them in KolourPaint and with the same result.  So, it is quite
possible that the actual problem is in KDELibs.
