Hi.

Thanks for reporting this issue. 

I don't think we support DNG or NEF formats. Possibly they are coming in via
the kimgio or tiff backends.

Can you advise how you opened them? Was it explicit opening with okular (e.g.
from the okular file menu) or was okular the default application via some other
application (e.g. file manager double-click).
