WOW!!! 
All of my system started to work as superjet when I set Okular memory usage to
'Low'!!!
Although my PC has 2GiB RAM!
After installation it was 'Normal' and everything was very slow. When I set it
to 'Aggressive', I think I saw some more slow working.
But when I set to 'Low' ALL(!) of the system now is VERY fast! 
Uff.... What a joy.
