I do, especially when they are not KDE issues.

If there will be the same problem reported again on KDE's bugzilla, it will be
closed as duplicate of this one, no big deal.

Comparing with Launchpad is wrong.
KDE is not a distribution. It does not need to know the right versions of *all*
the products to track for getting their latest version in the next release.

RESOLVED/UPSTREAM is the correct status for that, and we agreed upon that
recently.
