Hi,

a first suggestion would be updating to Poppler 0.10.7, it could fix your
problem. If that does not help, then please update a new bug in the Poppler's
bug tracking system at https://bugs.freedesktop.org, "poppler" product.
This bug is closed as it represents a problem in another library which is not
developed by KDE.
