[Okular-devel] Disable ps rendering in dvi file.

Hi,

This is because until KDE 4.2.x the DVI renderer is synchronous, ie not 
happening in a separate thread and thus blocking the main interface during its 
job.
This has been changed in KDE 4.3, thus I suggest you to try with it whether 
the DVI rendering is still "intrusive".
