About #1, I already requested icons for the "Contents" page (both LRT and RTL versions), so in the meanwhile I had to use something that "looks close" (instead of a big question mark as icon).

#1, #2, #4 and #5 are more for the artists (CC'ed), while #3 is mostly our problem.
