[Okular-devel] [PATCH] black screen mode for presentation widget

Hej,

there was a feature request some time ago, to have a so called
black screen mode in presentation view.
So instead of switching off the beamer you can turn the screen
to black instead and write something on the blackboard for example.

Since most of the existing remote controls support that PowerPoint
feature, they send a hard coded '.' or 'b' key stroke, so we hardcode
it here as well.

Ok to commit?
