Hello Subhankar,

do you still have this problem with more recent KDE & Okular versions?

Hint: to avoid deleting configuration file, you just need to open
  ~/.kde4/share/config/okularrc
(or ~/.kde/, depending what is your local directory for KDE 4)
then finding a couple of lines like:
  [Desktop Entry]
  FullScreen=false
Removing them and saving should "exit" from the fullscreen mode.
