hi,

my idea was to attend the kastle conference in order to push the 
upcoming release of kdevelop3 to the kde dev community :)
Unfortunately I received an unexpected news today that could spoil my plans.

I would like to know if you think I should apply anyway, even if I might 
not be able to be there.
Or maybe I should wait until I have a better idea? Also, would it be 
possible to cancel a registration?
