Well, putting the contents of the two talks into one talk will only be
possible if the resulting talk covers two slots, so we would need to drop one
of the two talks.

The `KDE And Accessibility' talk is directed to the near future of
Accessibility inside KDE. It can be divided into three parts:
- - A description of the accessibility related features and applications that
are already available in KDE
- - A description of the KDE text-to-speech daemon and of the word completion.
These two are currently developed in the context of the accessibility project
and might eventually become a part of kdelibs (or kdebase).
- - A checklist that contains basic accessibility rules. It is intended that
application programmers use this list in order to avoid a number
accessibility issues.

The `Accessibility And Interoperability' talk is directed to the further
development. It describes the effort of adding AT-SPI support to Qt/KDE.
AT-SPI (Assistive Trchnology Service Provider Interface) is a protocol
developed by the GNOME Accessibility Project in order to enable communication
between assistive technologies and applications. (We want to support AT-SPI
as we think that interoperability is important -- especially in a field like
accessibility).

I would say that both contents are important, so I would like to see a
solution where neither of the two talks needs to be dropped. However, if it
is not possible to have both talks then it might be better to drop the
`Accessibility And Interoperability' talk than the KDE And Accessibility'
talk.
