[Nepomuk] [RFC] Disabling Automatic Backups

Hey everyone

For 4.10, I've redone most of the backup code. The plus point is that for
once it actually works. The negative point is that it takes a lot of time
to backup the metadata.

The time taken obviously depends on the data you have, but it can still be
quite a bit and take some time. During the time when it is creating a
backup, virtuoso obviously consumes a lot of cpu.

Given that it is a highly cpu intensive process, maybe it would make sense
to disable the automatic backup feature. What do you think?
