Well, you can also just force re-indexation of everything via the dbus
interface.

qdbus org.kde.nepomuk.services.nepomukfileindexer /nepomukfileindexer
org.kde.nepomuk.FileIndexer.updateAllFolders 1

A proper solution would require some kind of versioning in strigi...
