Yes, this looks like a DBus bug and should be reported with the
freedesktop project.

the krunner issue is already resolved. The fix will be in 4.6.1

the kactivitymanagerd cpu usage: I have no idea why that happens. AFAICS
it does not listen to changes in Nepomuk. Ivan, any idea?
