[Nepomuk] Nepomuk Reindex files sometimes

Yes, and actually nepomuk controller informs me for that. And I found it take
some cpu running do the index.
>From dolphin's info panel, the "Created at" for those file is just 2 days ago,
but most of them didn't change since april (I think "Created at" is the index
create time right?)
