[Nepomuk] Nepomuk Reindex files sometimes

I have to ask again: are you sure it gets re-indexed? Because at startup
the indexer runs through ALL folders to check if there are changes.
So unless you see "nepomukindexer" instances popping up there is no
actual indexing going on.
