[Nepomuk] Giving weight to tags

Hi,

I was wondering if and how weights can be associated to metadata, for
example to tags: for example, in a facet I may want to show in the first
positions those tags that are most used by the user. Is there already some
way to do this (I don't know, maybe through rating?)?
