[Nepomuk] bibliography ontology

Hi!

libkbibtexio from kbibtex could be integrated into strigi to fetch metadata out of bibtex-
files. If the kbibtex developer helps me understanding the code, I will try to extend 
strigi.

I suggested the kbibtex-developer to modify his program to query not only online databases 
but also nepomuk.
