[Nepomuk] Small Firefox/Tasktop plug-in

I solve the problem I do have yesterday with the Nepomuk python
binding. The solution was to change instructions order, to force the
creation of the website resource before the relation. This is strange,
because I saw C++ code doing like I do first (tell me if you think I
need to open a bug report).

To function, you need Tasktop plasma applet. The page you are
currently viewing under firfox can be added to current desktop task.

Next I will add Firefox flags, if the page is a bookmark with flags.
