SDDM and Wayland

Asking the Plasma devs about turning on Wayland for SDDM there's no solid
answer but if the distro doesn't handle NVidia and wayland well then it
means a blank screen for users.  If we keep SDDM as X then at least NVidia
users can switch to Plasma (X11) and have a working system, although it's
hardly non-nerd friendly.  So I think keep SDDM as X for now and
re-evaluate when we rebase on 24.02.  Does anyone have an NVidia system to
test?
