Misc BoF notes

- perhaps use neon website as testing ground for whatever tech we decide to
use for kde.org and then move from neon to kde.org
- to do rebuilds one would change nci/sourcer.rb to somehow fetch a
.dsc.... the tricky bit is figuring out WHEN to rebuild (i.e. monitor apt
repos somehow for changes or some such)
