notes from 20.04 BoF

- Scarlett continues merging with debian
- do we still use ubuntu? - yes
- make an iso with flatpak or snapped applications depending on whichever
the developers prefer. user variant with bundles
- maybe look further into plasma snapsies
- set future series to 20.04 in march of 2020
- rename branches when enabling future series to the series specific
variant and branch the future series branches off of those
- make sure merger respsects the order of series when merging
- look into packagekit offline upgrades again. possibly set a flag on
failure and fall back to ubuntu upgrader. if all else fails use ubuntu
upgrader again
- fork the content snap for core20, then rebase all existing app snaps on
that content snap.... will only happen after core20 is available which will
be after 20.04 final
- bring back openqa tests for upgrade again + actually write down somewhere
if it caught anything of value
- bring back wholesale upgrade tests
- do HWE when available
- watch out for HWE upgrade problems... weird stuff... possibly shout at
canonical
