It does take awhile to get a base of users in IRC confident enough to speak
up. I answer those I can in #kde-neon but as I'm not a user right now I
can't help in the -users channel. Is the Telegram user channel bridged via
Matrix to the IRC channel? Collecting people who know with people who ask
will take all three, I think.

I hear Jon say that Matrix is the future, but I'm not even testing it right
now because it futzes far too often.
