as every year it'd be good to sort out when to have our neon bof
discussion session and how many hours we should be musing on the
meaning of live and everything.

last year we had a whole day, which was a bit much IMO, so I'd go for
2-3 hours with maybe an extra session on Wednesday or Thursday if
needed at all. also, best not do it morning and afternoon, otherwise
I'm certain to cancel lunch again ;)

starting at 14:00 and ending at 17:00 on Tuesday

Plasma's (main) bof is currently scheduled for Monday.
