Neon archive internet bandwidth/speed limited?

Hello,

I wonder if someone from the neon team can shed some light on (relatively)
slow download speeds I get off archive.neon.kde.org ?

My internet connection speed is 40 mbps and I get close to that speed in
most places I download but for Neon when I do updates it appears to be
limited to within 10 megabits per second.
