Ubuntu 16.04.2 and HWE

Hi all,

Ubuntu 16.04.2 was released yesterday. This will bring HWE with kernel 4.8.
I'm wondering what will happen to KDE neon? Will the ISOs be build on
16.04.2 with Linux kernel 4.8? By the way is there a (short)
explanation/documentation, how KDE neon ISOs are built? Would be great, if
someone could point me on this.

I had some "bad" experiences installing HWE stack in Kubuntu (14.04.x). I
hope this might be better with 16.04.x. I loaded the latest User Edition
ISO (neon-useredition-20170209-1018-amd64.iso) to give it try in a Virtual
Box.
