libkcompactdisc test

I don't have a CD drive but testing it here at the Plasma Sprint two
people using Neon dev edition had nothing load when using audiocd:/
but dragonplayer played fine.  However a build on Arch using
kdesrc-build worked fine with audiocd:/ including getting the track
data from the CD.  So I'm very confused why it doesn't work.
