ktp-common-internals

I am trying to work on versions test and ktp-common-internals has a very
odd version ( missing epoch ) hanging about. However the version in archive
is extremely old,
and this vanished from jenkins. From what I see, it is needed by spacebar.
In my investigations it resides in
kde-extras/kde-telepathy/ktp-common-internals
on debian, but when I try git clone neon:
kde-extras/kde-telepathy/ktp-common-internals
I get no such repo errors. I thought kde-extras were synced? is it the sub
repo?
