Thanks for the answer and clarification, BogDan.

The new libs work fine, so that's great. I'm aware of the libs repos and
the procedure for shipping new libs. Anyway, I didn't automatically connect
the Android 4.4 libs fix announcement from 29. november to the update last
week.

As the end users don't see anything but hassle with such a libs update
(even Android 4.4 was working fine after Ministro update 29. november
2013), it's important that minor changes in the libs don't force redownload
of ALL libs very often. This has not been the case so far either.

A safer download-update procedure is very much welcomed.
