Ministro on Samsung Apps

Hi Nalin,

I don't think you are allow to release it your self ... mostly because
you are not the author of the app, you don't have the right to use
org.kde.necessitas.ministro URL schema and you don't own the secret
key which was used to sign it :)

I upload the application now is processed by samsung folks, I'll let
you know when is ready.
