Ministro on Samsung Apps

Hi BogDan, List,

We need ministro on Samsung Apps-- as we are releasing a Qt app there-- and
they dont like us downloading Ministro from Google Play.

Should we go ahead and release Ministro-II there (we have a account there) ?

OR will BogDan / some other senior member do the needful ?
