Question on packaging Necessitas.

No, at present, we compile Qt Creator for you.

We actively upstream our Qt Creator patches with the idea being that
soon (not possible for me to say how soon though) we won't need Qt
Creator to be a part Necessitas itself any more.

To the best of my knowledge, then plan is that for a while, we will
continue to provide the installer/maintenance tool, until it becomes
possible to specify multiple repositories to Digia's
installer/maintenance tool, at which point installing Necessitas will
become a matter of adding an additional repo URL when installing the
normal Qt Creator.

If Necessitas becomes just a repo URL, then an Arch package becomes
irrelevant, you would instead make an arch package for mainline Qt
Creator itself.
