Gitorious tag update

Hi all,

Apologies for the tags and other items not being 100% up to date and
synced with the git.kde.org repository.
This was an error caused by a combination of ssh not using multiple
name servers to resolve urls and a bug in the sync script itself.

The above issues have now been corrected, and the repository should
now be up to date.
