files cleanup

Hi all,

We have some files like 'androidconfigbuild.sh' and 'build-mingw.sh'
that are specific to necessitas. Will anybody have any problems with
me moving them into a separate directory (e.g. 'android') ?
This makes it easier to see what is specific for necessitas and makes
a bit "cleaner". :)

The files I was thinking of moving are:
androidconfigbuild.sh
build-mingw.sh
buildall.sh
copy-private-headers.sh
create_android_lighthouse_project.sh
push_qt_libs.sh
qpatch
qpatch.exe

There are more files that it might make sense to move, but I'm more
unsure if it makes sense:
files-to-patch-android
files-to-patch-android-mingw
README.android
TODO.android
ISSUES.android

In addition, there's some old code from the early days of the project
in the qws files that I'd like to clean up.

What do you think?
