RfC: Usage of /data/local

Hi Guys,

I asked for some help on the android-platform discussion list to verify
if it's an "ok idea" to use /data/local for Qt Libs. I got an answer from
Dianne and David.

I would think, we may need to discuss the way we Qt enabled Android
devices (especially if we want to be compatible with future versions)
