online SDK installer - ways to prevent download?

I understand. However partly this amount of data will be accessed
through the conference's network.

As I said I put stuff like JDK, Ant and the SDK online installers on USB
sticks already. For the other things we can try making it available
through a WWW server running on someones laptop.

ps. I am in Berlin and will head towards the Park Inn really soon.
