Integrating Qt Quick components in Ministro

MeeGo Components use BorderImage based style, just some way to extract
Android style as png images would do a big part.
I don't think that there is no need to wait, it is very easy to have
several components libraries coexisting. It may be even easier
for application portability that there is MeeGo and Symbian components
with their own API's . As example, I have just compiled
my MeeGo app to Android and it works with MeeGo components.

One issue, in styles, Androuid has back ( and home etc ) buttons on
menu bar that is rendered by system, not by application. In
MeeGo/Symbian components menu bar is rendered by components. If we
could get just a signal from Android native back button we
can use it and hide MeeGo style menubar on lower edge of screen.
