[Marble-devel] Create Tiles for determinate portion of the earth's surface

Dear marble developers.
I need to create tiles for determinate (with know coordinates) portion of
the earth's surface. Now I have application based on the TileCreator. This
application create marble map (with tiles) from jpeg. But it stretches
created from jpeg image map to all earth's surface. Does anybody know how
to create tiles with custom coordinates ? Are there any documents to
describe the tile creation process and coordinate assignment to the tile?
Finally I want create a tool which can create tiles from jpeg with
coordinates (ex. air photography) and embed the tiles to the openstreet
map.
