[Marble-devel] 4.8 release announcement -still half empty

Hi,

we're finishing up the visual changelog for Marble [1] currently. Feel
free to take it as a base to describe changes in Marble in the apps
announcement. I can also provide screenshots (the visual changelog
currently mostly has screencasts) if you want some, just drop a note.
