  Finally this happened! :) 
  I've been waiting for the separate Marble tarball for the several
months. 

  But unfortunately, it does not start on my machine. It compiles and
installs fine, but when I try to start Marble, I get the following
error message:

ASSERT: "!hash->contains(qName)" in
file /home/install/marble/src/lib/geodata/parser/GeoTagHandler.cpp,
line 59 Aborted


  Could you please point me to a solution?
