Hi Shreya,

the osmannotate plugin of Marble should be able to open and render
(parts of) an .osm file. It's in the src/plugins/render/osmannotate 
directory, but not enabled in the default Marble installation (edit the
appropriate CMakeLists.txt to enable it).
