Summary
-------

2 changes allow to display placemarks with "Default" Visual Category (in kml user files):
- showPlaces is not a master switch to display all placemarks or not, but a simple option for those default placemarks
- openstreetmap used to hide all placemarks. It now has a legend option to toggle user placemarks


This addresses bug 232871.

Works for my kml files.
Please comment on feature, as it's a significant user change to let them display placemarks in openstreetmap.
