[Marble-devel] HOWTO (in progress) - build a libmarble application on windows with Qt Creator, MinGW, CMake

Hi.

As there is actually no more issue for building marble on windows I just
wrote on howto on the wiki/techbase :

Simon I took some of your hints.
If anyone has something to say.. let's talk!

ps: I still can't run ma application...I tried with a deferent version of
mingw but i does not build as qmake was not build to use this version
surely.

need to reboot to test it. we will see....
