Why not package the Qt dlls _together_ with the package. I think we've almost 
always done this so far. 
The additional benefit of this would be that people who want to create 
proprietary apps with Marble can easily figure out how to link dynamically if we 
do it as well (since the LGPL basically makes linking dynamically the only real 
legal option for that case). So it serves as an example of good practice.
