fraction of requests returned errors or timed out) and there were no
driving directions. The new server seems to fix that to some extent, but
not having directions is still a problem for Marble. Using this routing
service as a fallback for routes that OpenRouteService does not cover
may be an option though (assuming a stable URL for requests). I think
I'll play a bit with it ;-)

Also note that Marble can optionally be compiled without KDE, i.e. you
only need Qt.

@Nic: I'd be willing to devote some time to it if you can bring me up to
speed. Just contact me via mail or IRC (Earthwings in freenode, find me
