When the Marble Part is shown in Konqueror, no panels are shown and the panels
can't be made visible. As a result, map themes, projections etc. can't be
changed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Marble Part in Konqueror, e.g. by executing "konqueror track.gpx"
in a shell
Actual Results:  
There is no entry in the menu to activate the panels.

Expected Results:  
There should be an obvious way to change the map theme, projection, etc.
